Our Advancing Your Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy Online Workshop is designed for professionals across Scotland’s private, public, and voluntary sector who are committed to driving transformational change and delivering measurable impact in EDI.

This timely course covers recent developments and explores key areas including gender, gender pay gap reporting, intersectionality and unconscious bias. Guided by Scotland’s Fair Work Framework and the Equality and Human Rights Commission’s latest guidance, you will learn to design evidence based interventions using the S.M.A.R.T. framework to support sustainable progress.

The workshop also addresses common challenges in EDI implementation, helping you strengthen organisational policies and practices, engage leadership, and foster lasting commitment to change.

Understand the strategic importance of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) in the Scottish workplace, along with the associated legal responsibilities and national priorities
Consider the root causes of inequality and disparity across the levels of structural; organisational; interpersonal; and individual
Plan actionable steps using the S.M.A.R.T. framework, tailored to the specific needs of your organisation
Identify common barriers to progress in EDI and learn strategies to overcome them
