Understand the strategic importance of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) in the Scottish workplace, along with the associated legal responsibilities and national priorities
Consider the root causes of inequality and disparity across the levels of structural; organisational; interpersonal; and individual
Plan actionable steps using the S.M.A.R.T. framework, tailored to the specific needs of your organisation
Identify common barriers to progress in EDI and learn strategies to overcome them
Apply guidance from the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) and the Scottish Government to develop inclusive policies
