How do I register and log in to the event?

One week before the event you will be sent your joining link from Knowledge Exchange Group [email protected]. Please let us know immediately if you have not received the email. Please do check your junk/spam inboxes too.

We advise you to run a RingCentral: Pre-Event Check. This tool tests the stream quality of your device before participating in the event.

We recommend using Google Chrome or Firefox for the best experience.

You will need to register your details to gain access to the event. We strongly recommend that you attempt to login in the days leading up to the event. This will allow us to better assist you with any issues you may have.

I am having problems logging in to the event, who can I contact for help?

If you have any issues logging in to the platform or during the event, please email us at [email protected] so we can assist.

How do I watch the recording of the event?

We encourage you to join the event live, so you can ask your questions and engage in the day. Please note the content will be available on replay for 14 days after the event. Please use the same registration link to access the replay.

What should I do if I have internet or technical issues?

If your connection is lagging, closing other tabs and apps can make a difference. We recommend a minimum upload speed of 5 Mbps; you can check yours at speedtest.net. If you’re working from home and still struggling, restarting your router is worth a try. Email [email protected] if you need further help.

Accessibility

Closed captioning is available with the Google Chrome extension. RingCentral offers compatibility with popular screen readers like NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, and TalkBack. They have further guidance on their website: https://www.ringcentral.com/gb/en/product-accessibility.html. Email us to discuss any other adjustments so we can best assist you.
