We advise you to run a RingCentral: Pre-Event Check. This tool tests the stream quality of your device before participating in the event.
We recommend using Google Chrome or Firefox for the best experience.
You will need to register your details to gain access to the event. We strongly recommend that you attempt to login in the days leading up to the event. This will allow us to better assist you with any issues you may have.

We encourage you to join the event live, so you can ask your questions and engage in the day. Please note the content will be available on replay for 14 days after the event. Please use the same registration link to access the replay.
If your connection is lagging, closing other tabs and apps can make a difference. We recommend a minimum upload speed of 5 Mbps; you can check yours at speedtest.net.
