When will I receive my joining instructions?

Please be aware that joining instructions are only sent to customers who have paid. If you have paid and haven’t received your link or joining instructions, contact [email protected]. If you need to pay, please see payment section below.

Do I need a ticket?

You do not need a ticket on arrival. Please follow the signs to the registration desk where you will receive your badge and be welcomed by our staff. Please note there is no admittance without a badge.

Accommodation and travel

Attendees book their own accommodation and travel. We don’t have any preferred hotels or accommodation partners, but feel free to email us [email protected] if you’d like a recommendation.

Networking and refreshments

Networking refreshments are provided. Please check the agenda for lunch and break timings.

What should I bring?

Materials on the day are accessed electronically and all our venues have Wi-Fi. Please ensure you have a smart mobile device to access materials. If you cannot access materials electronically, please request printed versions with your joining instructions.

What do I wear?

Business attire.

We strive to make all our events inclusive and welcoming to everyone. We are committed to putting any requested adjustments in place wherever possible, ensuring that all attendees can participate comfortably and fully.

To ensure appropriate refreshments are available on the day, please include any dietary requirements at the time of booking or contact us in advance of your event.

Our Digital Event platform Ring Central is compatible with all major screen readers.

Can I sponsor or exhibit at conferences?

You may sometimes appear in videos or photographs from the day. If you would like your image removed, please email us at [email protected].

When will I receive the training materials?

Materials will be sent to you after the event. If you don’t receive them, please contact [email protected].

Are conferences recorded?

Digital events are available to watch back on demand. Check the event page on our website for details, or email [email protected] to ask about a specific conference. If the event is digital, registered attendees have access for 14 days to access the recordings. On demand access is also available to purchase – contact [email protected].

Are training courses recorded?

Our online training courses are not recorded as they are highly interactive. Contact us to book onto the next interactive training event.

How do I watch an on-demand recording of an event?

If you have purchased a recording of an event, you will be contacted by our Customer Service team within 48 hours to facilitate your access via our online platform Ring Central. You will have access for 14-days.

You may pay your invoice by bank transfer or by credit card. Contact [email protected].

When do I need to pay for my booking?

Payment is due within 14 days of order and no later than the date of the event, whichever is sooner.

Who can I contact to discuss my payment or invoice?

For questions regarding supplier forms, purchase orders, VAT invoices, contact [email protected].

How do I transfer my booking?

Delegates may be substituted for no additional cost if notified in writing to [email protected] stating the event name and date, booking number and the original and substitute names, job titles, organisation email addresses and telephone numbers.

Can I cancel my booking?

Cancellation up to 30 days before the event has an administration charge of £150. After that, you cannot cancel. Email [email protected] with any queries.

When will I receive my CPD certificate?

All of our events and courses are CPD certified. Your attendance certificate is sent directly by the CPD Delegate Certification Service within 30–60 days of the course.

Can my organisation book in-house training?

Yes. All our courses can be run privately for your team, online or in person. We can also tailor the content to fit your organisation.
